Job Title: Business Development Consultant (Contract-Based) – Legal Services | Egypt & MENA

About the Role: We are an independent law firm seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development (BD) Consultant to support our growth efforts across Egypt and the wider MENA region. This is a contract-based role ideal for professionals with a strong network and experience in legal services or related sectors. The consultant will be compensated on a commission basis, earning a percentage for each successfully referred and retained client.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients in Egypt and the MENA region.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and business opportunities for the firm.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the firm in a professional and credible manner to enhance its visibility and reputation.
- Coordinate with the legal team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management ideally within legal services, consultancy, or professional services.
- Strong network and familiarity with the business environment in Egypt and/or MENA.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results without direct supervision.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
