Junior Associate

Adham is a Junior Associate in the Corporate Team. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Ain Shams University, English Section, in 2022, graduating with a grade of Very Good with Honors. In 2024, he earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Private Law and International Trade from the same institution.

His practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on corporate transactions. He has significant experience handling corporate procedures before the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), including company formation, corporate governance matters, and the preparation and execution of Ordinary General Meetings (OGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
