Bassel Abdlkreem is a dedicated Junior Associate in the Corporate Team, specializing in corporate and commercial law. He obtained his LL.B. from Cairo University in 2022 and further advanced his legal expertise by earning a Diploma in Private Law from the same institution in 2024, where he ranked 3rd in his class. He is currently pursuing a Diploma in International Trade and Investment Law at Cairo University, enhancing his understanding of cross-border transactions and global trade regulations.
With hands-on experience in representing clients before courts and attending hearings, Bassel has developed strong litigation and dispute resolution skills. He is proficient in handling regulatory and compliance matters, regularly liaising with key governmental authorities such as the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), the Tax Authority, and the Real Estate Publicity Department. His expertise also extends to contract review and negotiation, ensuring clients’ commercial agreements are legally sound and strategically structured.
