Mariam Alaaeldin
Associate
Mariam is an Associate in the Corporate and M&A team. She holds an LL.B. in Law from the German University in Cairo, class of 2022.
She is experienced in conducting legal research across a broad range of legal areas, with a particular focus on corporate and compliance matters. Her work includes assisting in the incorporation of companies, as well as handling the issuance and renewal of tax cards.
She has successfully managed the ratification of legal documents before various governmental entities, and has drafted a wide range of corporate documents, including Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly (OGM and EGM) resolutions and Board of Directors (BoD) minutes.
In addition, she has drafted and reviewed contracts to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company interests. She also monitored the procedures team’s workflow, tracking completed and pending tasks related to document ratification and obtaining governmental approvals.
