Momen is an Associate in the Corporate Team, bringing a strong academic foundation and practical experience in corporate and commercial law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University (English Section) in 2021 and has since developed a robust legal career specializing in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business structuring.
Throughout his career, he has worked at one of Egypt’s top-tier law firms, consistently ranked by Legal 500 and IFLR1000, where he gained exposure to high-profile corporate transactions and advisory work for leading multinational and local clients.
With hands-on experience in establishing a wide range of business entities—including Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and Joint Stock Companies (JSCs)—he has successfully handled end-to-end incorporation procedures and liaised with relevant governmental authorities. His practice includes drafting and negotiating a broad spectrum of commercial contracts and managing intellectual property matters, including trademark registration and renewal procedures.
He is also well-versed in labor law compliance, including handling social insurance matters and internal HR policies. He regularly advises clients on the proper conduct of corporate governance procedures, including the preparation and representation in Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings (OGMs and EGMs).
