Rodyna graduated from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University – English Section in 2018, she currently leads the corporate team with a strong focus on corporate procedures and regulatory compliance. Over the years, she has gained extensive hands-on experience through her work with various prominent law firms and companies.
Her core expertise includes managing government relations, overseeing licensing procedures, and guiding clients through complex corporate transactions. She has a solid background in litigation and dispute resolution, providing clients with comprehensive legal support across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, she is adept at drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and implementing a wide range of bilingual civil and commercial contracts and agreements. Her strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of local legal frameworks make her a valuable asset in cross-border and domestic corporate matters.
